Privacy Policy
CommentMine ("CommentMine", "we", "us") is an iOS application that helps YouTube creators turn the comments on their own channel into video ideas. This policy explains what data we access, how we use it, where it is stored, who processes it on our behalf, and how you can delete it. If you have questions, email stevenkuo1111@gmail.com.
1. Data we access from Google and YouTube
CommentMine uses Google Sign-In and YouTube API Services. By using the app you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
We request two permissions, and nothing more:

Public comments on your videos (comment text, commenter display name, like count, timestamps) are read through the YouTube Data API using a CommentMine API key. We never read private data of your viewers beyond what YouTube already shows publicly under your videos.
The permission is read-only. CommentMine cannot and does not post comments, reply, like, delete, or modify anything on YouTube on your behalf. Reply drafts shown in the app are text for you to copy; the app has no ability to publish them.
2. How we use the data
- Remove duplicate comments and detect their language (Traditional Chinese, English, mixed).
- Group comments that ask the same thing, using text embeddings.
- Generate, for each group, a video idea title, hook, outline, and a copy-only reply draft, together with one or more comments quoted verbatim as evidence.
- Rank ideas by frequency, likes, and recency, and show them in the app.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with data brokers. We do not analyze other creators' channels.
3. Limited Use of Google user data
CommentMine's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, we do not use data obtained through Google APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and no human at CommentMine reads your data except with your consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or in aggregated, anonymized form.
4. Service providers that process data for us
To build idea cards we send comment text to two providers, strictly as processors acting on our instructions:

Both are used through their commercial APIs, under terms that prohibit them from training their models on the data we send. We do not send your email address, Google identifiers, or access tokens to these providers.
Our servers are hosted by a cloud infrastructure provider in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS).
5. Where data is stored, and for how long
- On our servers: your account record, channel and video metadata, the comments we fetched, the idea cards we generated, and your Google OAuth tokens. These are kept while your account exists.
- On your phone: only a CommentMine session token, kept in the iOS Keychain, and cached idea cards for display. Google and YouTube access tokens are never stored on your device.
- Server logs: technical logs for reliability and security, retained for up to 30 days. They do not contain comment text.
6. Deleting your data and revoking access
- In the app: Settings → Delete account. This immediately deletes your account, channel and video records, all fetched comments, all idea cards, and your Google tokens from our servers. We keep no copies.
- At Google: you can revoke CommentMine's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After revocation we can no longer read your channel; use Delete account to also erase what we already stored.
- By email: write to stevenkuo1111@gmail.com and we will delete your data within 30 days.
7. Children
CommentMine is not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app before they take effect.

CommentMine 留言礦（以下稱「CommentMine」或「我們」）是一款協助 YouTube 創作者把自己頻道的留言轉化為影片靈感的 iOS 應用程式。本政策說明我們取用哪些資料、如何使用、存放在哪裡、由誰代為處理，以及你如何刪除。若有疑問，請來信 stevenkuo1111@gmail.com。
1. 我們向 Google 與 YouTube 取用的資料
CommentMine 使用 Google 登入與 YouTube API 服務。使用本 app 即表示你同意受 YouTube 服務條款約束；Google 如何處理你的資料，請見 Google 隱私權政策。
我們只要求兩項權限：

影片下的公開留言（留言文字、留言者顯示名稱、按讚數、時間）透過 YouTube Data API 以 CommentMine 的 API 金鑰讀取。除了 YouTube 已公開顯示在你影片下的內容，我們不會讀取觀眾的任何私人資料。
此權限為唯讀。CommentMine 無法、也不會代你在 YouTube 上發表留言、回覆、按讚、刪除或修改任何內容。App 中的回覆草稿只是供你複製的文字，app 沒有發布功能。
2. 我們如何使用資料
- 移除重複留言並偵測語言（繁體中文、英文、混合）。
- 以文字向量將詢問同一件事的留言分組。
- 為每一組產生影片靈感標題、開頭鉤子、大綱與僅供複製的回覆草稿，並逐字引用一則以上的留言作為證據。
- 依頻率、按讚數與近期程度排序，顯示於 app 中。
我們不會把你的資料用於廣告、不會出售、不會提供給資料仲介，也不會分析其他創作者的頻道。
3. Google 使用者資料的有限使用
CommentMine 對從 Google API 取得之資訊的使用，以及向任何其他應用程式的傳輸，將遵守 Google API 服務使用者資料政策，包括其中的「有限使用」要求。特別是，我們不會將透過 Google API 取得的資料用於開發、改進或訓練通用的人工智慧或機器學習模型；除非經你同意、基於安全目的、依法要求，或以彙總且匿名的形式，CommentMine 的人員不會閱讀你的資料。
4. 代我們處理資料的服務供應商
為了產生靈感卡，我們會將留言文字傳送給以下兩家供應商，他們僅依我們的指示作為處理者：

兩者皆透過其商用 API 使用，其條款禁止以我們傳送的資料訓練模型。我們不會把你的電子郵件、Google 識別碼或存取權杖傳給這些供應商。
我們的伺服器由位於美國的雲端基礎設施供應商託管，資料傳輸全程加密（TLS）。
5. 資料存放位置與保存期間
- 我們的伺服器：你的帳號紀錄、頻道與影片中繼資料、抓取的留言、產生的靈感卡，以及 Google OAuth 權杖。在你的帳號存在期間保存。
- 你的手機：只有存放在 iOS 鑰匙圈的 CommentMine 工作階段權杖，以及用於顯示的靈感卡快取。Google 與 YouTube 的存取權杖絕不會存放在你的裝置上。
- 伺服器記錄：用於可靠性與安全的技術記錄，最多保存 30 天，不含留言內容。
6. 刪除資料與撤銷授權
- 在 app 內：設定 → 刪除帳號。會立即從我們的伺服器刪除你的帳號、頻道與影片紀錄、所有抓取的留言、所有靈感卡與 Google 權杖，不保留任何副本。
- 在 Google：你可隨時到 myaccount.google.com/permissions 撤銷 CommentMine 的存取權。撤銷後我們將無法再讀取你的頻道；若要一併清除已存放的資料，請使用「刪除帳號」。
- 以電子郵件：來信 stevenkuo1111@gmail.com，我們會在 30 天內刪除你的資料。
7. 兒童
CommentMine 不以 13 歲以下（或你所在國家的數位同意年齡以下）的兒童為對象，也不會故意蒐集其資料。
8. 本政策的變更
若本政策有所變更，我們會更新上方的生效日期；重大變更會在生效前於 app 內通知你。
